Step into a sacred hour of rest, reflection, and renewal with Dr. Cynthia Libert and guest facilitators. These monthly virtual retreats are gently guided spaces for soul nourishment, emotional healing, and Christ-centered connection.
Who can attend:
These sessions are exclusively for active patients of Caring for the Body, PLLC, Re-Think Aging Transformational Coaching participants, and others who have Soul Care included as a special offering within one of our programs. A spouse or close loved one is also welcome to join you.
Each gathering includes a blend of prayer, Scripture, somatic practices, and guided reflection to support your journey toward greater peace, purpose, and whole-person flourishing.
