Leah Libert

I am excited to be back in beautiful Asheville, NC, the place I call home!

In May 2026, I graduated with a bachelor's degree from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. ORU seeks to educate the 'whole person'—mind, body, and spirit—from a biblical, Spirit-empowered worldview. There, I studied Intercultural Entrepreneurship, combining a major in theology with a minor in general business.

During my final semester, I participated in the Love's Entrepreneurship Cup, a collegiate business pitch competition in Oklahoma. My team, 'Catering Change,' was selected as a finalist and received the Black Oak Award for Social Innovation.

I continue to treasure my time at ORU, remaining thankful for all I learned and the relationships built there. During my first year, I served as a chaplain for a freshman dorm, which sparked my desire to pursue professional chaplaincy in the future.

For the past couple of summers, I have served in different ministry environments outside the country. One of these was a summer-long volunteer internship at An Tobar Nua, an ecumenical charity in Galway, Ireland, where Catholics and non-Catholics work together.

My greatest desire is to simply know God and enjoy a relationship with Him. I look for His presence in all I do, including my work. In my free time, I love being outdoors, traveling, hiking, reading, playing tennis, and investing in relationships. I also deeply appreciate flowers, creative artistic expression, color, and music!

Because whole-person care has always been a dynamic priority in my family's household, I naturally grew to share Dr. Libert's contagious passion for it. In fact, for my final senior paper, I chose to explore the holistic ministry that integrative medical care can provide. I am truly excited to support Dr. Libert and her team at Caring for the Body.
